Romain started his career in the US-based IT Business Unit of Schneider Electric, where he worked on M&A opportunities and corporate alliances. He then joined Global Equities Corporate Finance in 2012 and Ader Finance in 2014 where he led 30+ fundraising rounds and M&A deals for tech companies. Romain is also an active business angel with a dozen investments, including Zenly (acquired by Snap Inc), Payfit, Indy, Ouihelp, Wavy, Masteos, etc. Romain is a graduate of EMLYON Business School.

Charles began his entrepreneurial journey in France, focusing on e-commerce startups. After moving to Dubai in 2015, he founded two tech/e-commerce ventures, one of which was entirely acquired by a prominent UAE investment fund. An active business angel since 2017, his investments span across regional startups like Eyewa, Remote Pass, and Revibe. He is an alumnus of HEC Paris, Europe's leading business school.
